Weather Related Information!

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are enjoying the snow and keeping safe through this time as well. In view of the weather conditions, I would encourage you to take some time throughout the week to gather together as families and/or households and have a modified version of church in your home. Here are some thoughts on doing this and some resources that may be helpful to you.

1. Put on a CD and sing a few songs together.

2. Even though you can't be in church there are many ways you can still have access to the preaching of God's Word. Here are some thoughts if you would like to listen to a message from the internet.

• Go to the Grace Community website "Sermons" page and listen to a message from a Sunday when you were not able to be at church for some reason.
• Sovereign Grace has an extensive library of messages you can access and download for free at Sovereign Grace Store and Free Downloads . In the left margin you can search by speaker or topic under the free mp3 heading.
• Joshua Harris shared a recent 3 part series called "We are Here" at Covenant Life Church that I would recommend as a possibility as well. you can access it at Covenant Life Resources.

3. If you would prefer to do something like share a meditation or some thoughts that you would develop yourself here are a couple of sites that may be helpful in giving you some resources to do so.

• Of First Importance - Living Each Day in the Good of the Gospel blog at Of First Importance. This blog has lots of great quotes and thoughts from many different people that will encourage you in the grace of the gospel.
• The ESV Bible website at ESV Bible has not only the Bible that you can read or listen to but also various devotional resources as well.
