The Bridge Retreat

 Don't miss this exciting opportunity to learn more about the Holy Spirit!  This retreat is open to The Bridge attendees as well as the Grace Community church family. During this overnight retreat we will discuss topics such as: "Who Is the Holy Spirit?" and "How Can I Be Filled with the Holy Spirit?"  To register, fill out a registration form at the church.

The Bridge Retreat is held at Camp Wo-Me-To in Rocks, MD.

RETREAT DATE: TBA

RETREAT SITE: Camp Wo-Me-To in Rocks, MD, approximately 25 minutes north of Grace Community Church.

DIRECTIONS TO CAMP WO-ME-TO: From Grace Community Church make a right and follow Belair Road/Rt. 1, travel approximately 8.6 miles to the Forest Hill/Rocks exit. Follow Rt. 24 North for 6.8 miles. Turn left onto Rock Chrome Hill (you will see a sign for Camp Wo-Me-To and will start to see Bridge signs) and go .4 miles. Turn Right onto Knopp Road and go .7 miles. You will see the entrance into Camp Wo-Me-To on your right.

CHECK - IN: Follow The Bridge signs to the Registration area (opens at 5:00 PM). At that time, we will give you your room information and a schedule for the weekend. Retreat cost is $60.00 per adult. Checks should be made payable to Grace Community Church. (Scholarships can be requested - talk to your Bridge Leader.)

ACCOMMODATIONS: Room assignments are two - three people per room. There will be some people assigned to cabins. Couples with children will be housed together. You will need to bring your own linens/sleeping bag. Most rooms have single beds (we will let you know if you are in a room that needs different types of linens). Special needs will be taken into consideration when assigning rooms.

MEALS: Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM on Friday. Saturday breakfast and lunch are included in the registration cost also. Please let us know of any special dietary restrictions.

WHAT TO BRING: Linens or a sleeping bag, a pillow, toiletries, clothes, your Bible, the Bridge Course manual, and a pen. Because some buildings have bathrooms located down the hall from your room, please bring a robe or modest sleep wear. There will be some free time throughout the weekend so feel free to bring games and sports equipment. A basketball court and volleyball court are located on the grounds.
