Youth Advance WORK CREW Registration

Attention All WORK CREW Members! Thank you for signing up to serve at our March 5-7, 2010 Youth Advance! We're really looking forward to a great weekend together! Please begin praying for the weekend (administrative details to come together, joy in the Holy Spirit as we serve safety in travel, the messages, pastors, parents, teens, volunteers, other church attendees, changed lives for God's glory, etc.).

Reminders: A few things we need you to do in order to confirm your spot on the YA Work Crew. Here they are:

1. Pay $30 for your registration (below). This will cover all your expenses for the weekend.

2. Fill out the Medical Release Form! and FAX it in to Becky at GCC office at 410-817-4844. Feel free to contact Roe Gall at rgall1@jhmi.edu or at 443-604-5152.

3. Write your t-shirt size on the medical release form. (Below as well!)

4. Tell us what time you can arrive on Friday (we need lots of people to arrive by 2:00PM or 5:00PM).

5. If you can't fax or don't want to use the PayPal Secure Payment System, feel free to place ALL required info and payment in the offering basket (please, keep a copy). More info at Cross Current's Website...
