Thanks for your interest in registering as a seller for our Community Fair & Yard Sale that will be on Saturday, September 16.  Click here to register.

Registration for Yard Sale spaces opens at midnight on August 1 and closes at 11:59 PM on August 7 and it occurs online. Emailing is our primary, quickest and most effective way of contacting and serving you.

If you find it impossible to register online, please call us at 410.817.9200 between the hours of 9:30AM and 4:30PM, Tuesday through Friday during the open registration period, and speak with one of our administative assistants.

Assigning Yard Sale Spaces

In order to make it as fair as possible, we assign our 107 yard sale spots by lottery draw rather than on a first come, first serve basis. Registration opens on August 1 at midnight and will remain open through August 7 at 11:59 PM. Only one registration per home address will be accepted. Once the registration period is over, we will randomly draw names and notify everyone by August 14 as to whether they have a space or not. We will also draw names for a waiting list at that time.

Confirmation Process

After you register and after registration closes, we will contact everyone who registered via. email or mail. We will tell you if you received a space, were put on the waiting list or did not get either. If you get a space, you will be given a 'Space Number'. Your 'Space Number' will serve as your registration confirmation.

If 15 days have gone by after submitting your registration and you have not received communication from us, please click here to submit an e-mail to us.

Cancellation Process

If you have to cancel your assigned space, please call the church office at 410.817.9200 or email us as soon as possible, so we can make that space available to someone else.
