The Deacons are developing the Seniors Project. But we don't know what we don't know. It is a project to bring together knowledge, expertise and assistance for our Seniors in Grace Community. Whether you are becoming a Senior or know of a Senior, you can benefit from this project. The deacons have put together a committtee to explore all the areas that affect seniors. Some of them include Medical,Financial, Housing, Govt assistance, Family support. What we need is input, you won't be joining the committee. We would like you to come whether you want to join or not.

If you have ideas of what seniors need, we want you to come.
   If you are a caregiver, we want you to come.
      If you are a senior, we want you to come.
         If you might be a caregiver, we want you to come.
            If you might be a senior, we want you to come.
               If all you want is to give us info, I still want you to come.
                   If you want to share a concern, I want you to come.
                      If you want to make sure we don't forget about a particular                                           area, I NEED you to come.

On April 23rd at 1:30 we will be meeting in the Spurgeon room to throw around ideas, needs, and other items that interest our Seniors. The problem is our committee is too small to figure out everything. We want anyone who has any interest to join us for that first meeting. It's in person but we will offer an online version as well. We ask that if you have any interest in Seniors and their well being please attend so we can pick your brain. If you are a senior, what are your concerns. If you will soon be a senior, what are your concerns. Are you taking care of, or soon will be, what are your concerns. Do you have resources that we can compile for others.
